They hope the community website will inspire viewers to come and check them out for real
Wauchope NSW, is now live at www.wauchope.nsw.au and is a thriving rural community nestled in the very productive Hastings Valley. "The township was built on the principles of co operation and we boast about the fact that we don’t have a major multi- national corporation operating in town. The community owned and managed Hastings Co-operative is the major retailer and employer and we are very proud of our heritage." says Deborah Carmichael, Manager, Wauchope Community College.
Deborah adds that "the community website has been developed by the community owned and managed community college in consultation with many business and members of our community. We hope it promotes the township and surrounding rural communities and it inspires the viewers to come and check us out for real."
