The new Mumbil site features much information about the local community such as local business, church and community listings, government and emergency service information and even a section on how locals can best go about giving up smoking.

According to website administrator Marcus Hanney, “The Aim of the Website is to inform not only visitors, but locals, what the village of Mumbil has to offer. The new site provides information about history, any ongoing activities, upcoming events and functions, as well as information on local business and organisations. The site also offers information about services that are available to Mumbil. A photo gallery will be included, showing images of Mumbil and will be constantly updated.

The site is designed to show people, that even though it’s small, Mumbil is an active, vibrant village that is a great place to visit and live.”
