Mansfield community website hopes to narrow the digital divide

www.mansfield.vic.au is the latest Community Geographic Domain Name website to go live.

MACE Inc. (the Mansfield Community Website Managers) applied for a Community Geographical Domain Name to provide the Mansfield and district community with a forum to promote the many positives that Mansfield has to offer both its residents and visitors.  Paul Sladdin, CEO of MACE Inc. , believes that the Community Geographic Domain Names "are an excellent vehicle to empower local communities and to enhance their sense of place and pride in their community".  Paul also adds that "it allows for technological interaction to assist in narrowing the digital divide."
