Tropical Julatten showcased on new community website
24/Aug/2010
The tropical Julatten community in Far North Queensland is the latest to launch a CGDN website.
Julatten is a vibrant rural community situated on the northern end of the Atherton Tablelands, about a forty minute drive up north from Port Douglas in Far North Queensland.
According to National Geographic magazine Julatten has the third best climate in the world with an average temperature of 23 degrees and an average rainfall of 1536mm.
According to website administrator Cheryl Clayton, “The Julatten community website provides a venue for local businesses and community groups who may not be able to afford a website of their own to all come together under the one umbrella. This site will allow visitors and locals to find out what is happening in our local area, advertise upcoming events and find local tradespeople and artisans.”
