Maitland Information Seminar

Community representatives from all across the peninsula including Port Moorowie, Hardwicke Bay, Ardrossan, Yorketown and other localities were there representing their local community group.

The seminar gave attendees an opportunity to ask questions as well as hear real life examples of the experiences other communities have had in setting up their town website.

Louise Sladdin, the Broadband Project Officer for Central Local Government Region of SA Inc also spoke of the help and support she is able to provide to the community in regards to any of their queries about Broadband.

The seminar was also attended by Alan Rushbrook, Director of Finance and Corporate Services who has supported the CGDN initiative and encouraged community groups to set up their very own community website for their town.

A special thank you to the Distrct Council of Yorke Peninsula for their support in this event.
