auCD were very pleased to invite the communities of Adelaide and it's surrounding localities to attend a free information seminar on developing a community website using Community Geographic Domain Names.
The seminar took place on the 24th November at the landmark heritage building, the Fullarton Park Centre. It was attended by community groups and individuals from Bedford Park , Mt Barker, Willunga, Netley and many other localities that were keen to find out more about the CGDN initiative.
Attendees were able to learn how they can go about setting up a town website for their locality by asking questions and hearing about some real life examples of other communities’ experiences.
As a result of the seminar, many of the attendees have registered interest for their locality so they can keep informed about CGDN news, website launches and any developments or interests from other for their locality.
